Charles P. Voelker obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Notre Dame University in 1973 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Duquesne University School of Law 1976. He was admitted in 1976 to the Pennsylvania Bar.
Attorney Voelker began his career as a tax attorney at Touche Ross & Co. and Arthur Young & Co., both international accounting firms. He then practiced Business law and Family law at Voelker, Finnerty & Wojdowski and Voelker, Schiffman, Parise & Wojdowski.
Jonathan C. Voelker obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2011 from Duquesne University School of law. He was admitted in 2012 to the Pennsylvania Bar and the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Kairys is an attorney who has practiced family law in Western Pennsylvania for over eighteen years. Prior to that time, she practiced family law in Eastern Pennsylvania. Ms. Kairys is highly-skilled at representing clients in all aspects of support, divorce and custody matters. Ms. Kairys is experienced in the practice of collaborative law and is a trained mediator.
Ana Lisa Petrella focuses her practice in the area of family law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Business Administration in 2013 from Duquesne University and her Juris Doctorate in 2016 from the Duquesne University School of Law. She was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the Western District in 2016. Prior to joining Voelker & Kairys, LLC, Attorney Petrella worked at a Pittsburgh law firm where she focused her practice in the area of family law.
Katherine L.W. Norton joined the firm as of Counsel in 2015. Attorney Norton practices in all areas of family law at both the Common Pleas and Appellate level. Super Lawyers magazine has named her a “Rising Star” in the area of Family Law for the years 2010 through 2016.
John F. Morris obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1990. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1990. He was also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1990, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit in 1995.
Attorney Morris is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lackawanna Bar Association (Scranton), and past member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
