Ana Lisa Petrella focuses her practice in the area of family law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in Business Administration in 2013 from Duquesne University; then, her Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law. She was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 2016. During her time at Duquesne Law, Attorney Petrella earned a concentration in family law studies and participated in the Duquesne Family Law Clinic. She clerked for the Honorable Jill E. Rangos in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, along with several other internships.
Attorney Petrella has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2018 and 2019. Currently, she serves as the social committee co-chair for the Allegheny County Family Division Family Law Section. Additionally, she serves as the co-chair of a service project with the Young Lawyers Division, whereby she visits local senior-living communities to educate and explain the importance of estate planning. She currently resides in the South Hills of Pittsburgh with her dog, Finn.
